Application to Join AMVETS Riders.

Dues Remittance Form
This is used to submit your Chapter Membership Dues and Roster. Older form will be accepted.

Charter Application
This is used when starting a new Riders Chapter.
Generic Cover Sheet
Use this when applying for a Charter to let National you are using the preapproved Generic Chapter Bylaws.
Generic Chapter By-laws
Use these when starting a new Chapter.
Chapter Revalidation
This is the form you need to use when Revalidating your Chapter. Older forms will not be accepted.
Department Revalidation
This form is used to Revalidate your Riders Department. Older forms will not be accepted.
